Job Descriptions

Head of UX Research

  • Able to conduct qualitative and quantitative research in order to better understand user problems and validate potential solutions.
  • Able to build deep customer empathy and use it to serve as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Willing to wear multiple hats including owning our Slack user community and working directly with customers to provide customer support.
  • Experience doing customer development.
  • Experience translating user insights into strategic business, product, and/or design direction.
  • Experience working closely with product managers to shape product direction based on user insights, and with product designers to build prototypes of solutions.
  • Experience at a product-led growth startup.

Product Designer

  • Able to build deep customer empathy in order to design a product experience that delights and inspires.
  • Experience working closely with software engineers in a fast-pace engineering organization that continuously deploys.
  • Experience with Figma.
  • Nice to have: software engineering experience.

Software Engineer

  • Able to own features end-to-end starting with deep customer empathy and translating it into a delightful product experience.
  • Experience in a fast-pace engineering organization that continuously deploys. All engineers ship code to production within 24 hours of joining the team.
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
